Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Paul Frank gear, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all Julius the Monkey tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
